Data acquisition for karts enters a totally new dimension with the AiM MyChron5. Besides sampling all your kart data, it features all the advantages of a new concept GPS plus a lot of new functions, designed to provide more complete and reliable information.
Lap and split times, speed, RPM, one temperature as well as position on track, acceleration and much more.
MyChron5 has been designed to provide both basic info to newbies and the most sophisticated data to karting professionals.
And if you want to measure a second temperature source, the AiM MyChron5 2Ts allows you to do that.
Fantastic Readability
To maximise readability of data, you need plenty of room. That is why AiM MyChron5 features a wide 268×128 pixel graphical display. The screen can be backlited in one of the eight available colors. The incorporated light sensor makes brightness and contrast ideal in all light conditions.
Choose the optimal layout for your data
Lap and split times, best lap, RPM, gear number, track map and much more are shown in pre-configured pages: you will be able to choose the page layout you prefer to better monitor your data.
At the end of your session, you can recall the summary of your three best laps: lap time, max/min RPM, speed and temperature.
For your best lap, you will also see splits and best theoretical time.
Wireless data download with Wi-Fi connection
MyChron5 offers the opportunity to download the data wirelessly, using an easy and safe Wi-Fi connection: no data key or PC connection are needed anymore. Wi-Fi data transfer is easily configurable via PC or keyboard. In case of a connection of more than one gauge/PC (a typical situation in a team) it is possible to transfer data to/from all MyChron5 devices and PC’s at the same time. (In this case you would need to buy an access point, which will act as a bridge between the gauges and the PC’s.)
