Description
The Longacre Basic Tire Durometer measures changes in tire hardness so you can keep track of this important information. Using the Shore-A scale, the durometer reads from 0-100 points. A straight edge on the base of the durometer allows the user to rock the gauge for more consistant results. Non-slip coating on the back gives better grip for even more accurate readings. Includes hard plastic case.

Note: For the most consistent results rock the durometer from angled back past straight up to angled forward. The pointer will move up to the highest (true) reading, then back down. Record the highest reading reached.
