The AiM GPS08 module further expands the track mapping abilities of AiM data loggers and data logging dashes. In addition, the GPS08 allows lap timing (even split times) without the use of trackside beacons, storing data for up to 50 tracks with up to 5 splits per track. The GPS08 can also calculate and log speed, lateral and longitudinal g-forces, and of course vehicle position.

Simple to install: Just connect the CAN cable to your dash and mount the GPS antenna. This configuration contains all of the GPS electronics inside the antenna. This solves the RFI issue that the original GPS Module had, so cable routing is less critical. The GPS unit willl even automatically configure itself during start-up!

The GPS08 connects via a 5-pin 712 screw-in connector and is compatible with AiM MXL auto dashes, MyChron4 kart dashes, EVO3 data loggers, and SmartyCam HD GP 2.2.

Shipping Policy

We offer free UPS Ground shipping for most products on orders over $100 within the Continental U.S. purchased at list/retail pricing.

Larger items (e.g., seats, fuel jugs) and overweight items (e.g., brake rotors), as well as discounted special offers, may incur an additional shipping charge. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you to confirm prior to processing your order.

Processing & Delivery

If the order is received by , we can usually ship it the same day. Delivery is typically within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping may be available depending on the item.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
