Returns

Because we sell so much online, we're used to getting some returns. Although we'll try our best to make sure you get the best fit, sometimes the only way to be sure is to try it on in person. Feel free to order from us and return it within 30 days of purchase if the product doesn't fit, or doesn't meet your expectations and there will be no restocking fee - you're only responsible for the return shipping! *  If you just 'changed your mind" or decided to go in a different direction, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Obviously if we shipped an item in error, there will be no restocking fee and you will not be responsible for any shipping fees.

To request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number),  call us at 1-704-395-2975, or send us an e-mail at [email protected] and we'll send you an RMA #. After you have an RMA #, simply package your purchase properly, and write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping container. Ship to:

*NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new, unused and resellable condition, with all original accessories, packaging, tags, etc. included. Returns must be shipped prepaid (no C.O.D.s). For your security, we highly suggest sending your return via a traceable manner (such as UPS or FedEx), and purchasing insurance. NaroEscape Motorsports is not liable for packages that are damaged in transit or not received. Please DO NOT use the manufacturer's retail packaging as your shipping container, or make any marks on the retail packaging as this will make the item unsaleable. No credit will be issued for items not in new condition and such items will may receive a restocking fee, or returned at your expense. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns received after 30 days may only be eligible for store credit. No returns accepted after 60 days - please contact us for details.

Special order items and custom suits are NOT returnable.  

Underwear bottoms such as boxers and pants are NOT returnable due to health and safety reasons.  Any item such as a helmet, gloves or other clothing that has been worn are also NOT returnable.
